Shipping Policies and Guidelines

Shipment Carriers

We use the US Postal Service, UPS or FedEx as our primary shippers, both for ground and expedited delivery shipments.  We use the US Postal Service for shipments to P.O. Boxes.  Standard ground shipping is our default shipping method, although we use any shipper for faster delivery in many cases.

Time to Shipment

Most orders are shipped within two days of placement on business days, pending credit card payment authorization.  If you choose to expedite your shipping method, keep in mind that if the transit time includes a weekend, your package may take longer to arrive.

Delivery Service Levels

Kafeson offers the following shipping delivery levels:

  • Standard Ground Shipping (default shipping method)
  • Second Day Air
  • Next Day Air
  • International Shipping

Shipping rates for any service level vary by weight and by the distance from Kafeson’s primary port of entry in El Paso, Texas.  We are in the process of negotiating discounted shipping rates to pass along to all our customers.

Pallet Orders

Kafeson can ship any quantity of roasted coffee or green beans ordered to any distribution point in the continental United States.  For large orders, Kafeson will quote pricing to include shipping to our warehouse in El Paso, Texas.  From this point forward, if you opt to have us deliver the product, we will add in additional charges.  If you opt to pick up your order, we will verify the shipping company and final destination point of our product - we do this to protect our mutual investment.

Recurring Orders

To setup a recurring order, please send an email to or use the Contact Us page on this website.  Include the following information:

  • Coffee item name
  • Weight designation
  • Recurring interval you would like to receive your shipment

Last, but not least, tell us when you would like us to begin your shipments, and we will process your order at the requested start time and interval and charge your credit card at the time of each shipment.
